Procedure:
Read short articles about relationships at the workplace, answer reading comprehension questions about these articles, and discuss the appropriateness of dating one’s boss or coworker.
Activity 1
- Students read the the article Not Having Friends at Work Can Make You Stupid and answer questions 1-3.
- Check and discuss answers.
Activity 2
- Students read the the article Seven Reasons Why You Need to Make Friends at Work and answer questions 1-2.
- Check and discuss answers.
Activity 3
- Students read the the article The Secret Way to Making Friends at Work and answer questions 1-2.
- Check and discuss answers.
Activity 4
Discuss the pros and cons of dating at the workplace: dating a coworker; dating your boss.[/tabcontent][tabcontent]
