Overview: Understanding a video about Israel as the start-up nation and comparing the video with a blog on the same subject.

Time: 45 minutes

Activity 1

The interview is based on a book entitled, \’Start-Up Nation: The Story of Israel\’s Economic Miracle.\’ What would you expect the focus to be?

  • Make sure you know the following terms:
  • NASDAQ, global venture capital, per capita, global economic meltdown
